2011 Summer Football Schedule
JUNE DATES:
Summer School WEIGHTS: Class Times 6 8:00 a.m., 7 9:00 a.m. Make sure you get signed up for one of these times if you are in grades 10 & 12. If you are an incoming Freshman, you need to get signed up for both classes of Coed PE as well 9th Grade intro to Physical Training. Stay in touch for Summer School Dates as well as Sign-Up Days.
Team Camp: June 6th-9th 6:00-8:30p.m. grades 9 through 12. We will hand out equipment on Monday, June 6th starting at 3:00pm before the evening practice. We will begin with a team meeting at 3:00 sharp to kick off camp.
Higginsville HUT-HUT Team Football Team Camp: June 10th &11th, $40. You may begin turning in your money after the 1st of March to Coach Forsee. You will be sized for your girdle, shorts, and tee shirts that will be purchased with this money.
7 on 7 Tourney. Saturday, June 18th. Lee's Summit West HS. We will take a bus to this event. It will be a Varsity compitition and we will be taking a bus to the event. No entry fee for the palyers.
7 on 7 Football will be held every Monday in June with Oak Grove and W-N from 6 to 8:00 p.m. in OG.
All QBs, CENTERS, BACKS, RECEIVERS, LINEBACKERS, and DEFENSIVE BACKS V/ JV are expected to attend grades 9-12 along with all OFFENSIVE LINEMEN who will meet with their coach on those nights to learn and review blocking assignments.
Morning Open Field will be held on the Tuesdays of June 14th and 21st from 10 to 11:30 am. All players are encouraged to attend these periods if not enrolled in a summer school class at that time.
JULY DATES:
Open Fields JV/V will be held July 11th 18th 6 to 8 p.m.
HUSKER TEAM CAMP Grades 9 through 12 July 25 through 29th 6 to 8:30 p.m.
The Weight Room will be open Monday-Thursday the 18th-21st from 6-8:00 am.
Monday July 18th-21st, 6-8 a.m. will be strength testing/max-out days for all football players.
AUGUST DATES:
Monday August 8th 1st DAY of FOOTBALL PRACTICE!!
Saturday August 12th 9:00 a.m. TEAM SCRIMMAGE/PARENT BBQ to Follow @ City Park
Friday August 19th Jamboree @ ADRIAN

Last years success was only a small step towards what we want to accomplish as a football team. It is time to make a run deep into the playoffs and expect nothing less. We have to approach our summer work with great enthusiasm as I know that all of the teams in our conference feel that they will be the next conference champ. Please commit to making the goals that we set at the end of last season come true.
